1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Vetta ("the Service") is a software-as-a-service product provided by the Greedys group ([COMPANY LEGAL NAME], "Greedys", "we") to restaurant owners and managers ("you", "the Customer"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Vetta, including its web console and any related applications.

By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

2. The Service

Vetta lets you connect the accounts you own on third-party platforms — such as Google Business Profile, Meta, TikTok and food-delivery platforms — through those platforms' official authorisation flows, and shows you the metrics of those accounts (reputation and reviews, social performance, delivery performance), together with comparisons against publicly available data of comparable venues and practical suggestions.

Vetta is a multi-tenant service: each customer's workspace is separate, and each customer only sees the data of the accounts that customer has connected.

3. Your accounts — eligibility and ownership

• You may connect only accounts that you own or are duly authorised to manage on behalf of your business.
• You are responsible for keeping your Vetta credentials confidential and for all activity in your workspace.
• Connecting a platform account happens through that platform's official login (OAuth). Vetta never asks for, and you must never share with us, your platform passwords.
• You may disconnect any connected account at any time, from the Vetta console or by revoking Vetta's access from the platform itself.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• connect or attempt to access accounts you do not own or are not authorised to manage;
• use the Service to violate any applicable law or the terms of the connected platforms;
• probe, disrupt or overload the Service, or attempt to access other customers' data;
• resell, sublicense or scrape the Service or its data without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate access in case of abuse, security risk, or breach of these terms. Where reasonable, we will notify you and give you a chance to remedy first.

5. Third-party platforms

The platforms you connect (TikTok, Meta, Google, delivery platforms and others) are independent services with their own terms and policies, which continue to apply to your use of those platforms. Vetta accesses their data solely through official APIs and within the permissions you grant. Platform names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners; Vetta is not endorsed by or affiliated with them.

Availability of platform data depends on the platforms' APIs; we are not responsible for changes, limitations or interruptions imposed by the platforms.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and branding remain the property of Greedys or its licensors. The metrics of your connected accounts remain yours; you grant us the licence strictly necessary to process and display them to you as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Warranty and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greedys disclaims all implied warranties and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data caused by events outside its reasonable control, including third-party platform outages or API changes. For consumers, nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. In any event, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event.

8. Term and termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. Upon termination we disconnect your accounts and delete or anonymise the associated data within the timeframes set out in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for legal, technical or product reasons. Material changes will be announced in the console or by email with reasonable notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts; mandatory consumer forums, where applicable, remain unaffected.
